Participation in the "Free Sticker" weekly drawing ("weekly drawing") constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The weekly drawing eligibility period is between 12:01a.m. every Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. the following Sunday of that week. Participants can enter weekly for that weeks drawings. Winners are selected weekly at 11:58 p.m. For purpose of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific Time (PT). The weekly drawing is sponsored by eSticker, 2 North First Street, 4th Floor San Jose, CA. 95113 ("Sponsor"). You must provide a valid email address for us to contact you if you win.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The weekly drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this weekly drawing and their advertising officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with the weekly drawing are ineligible to enter the weekly drawing. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All participants and/or entrants release the Sponsor and their agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all liability, claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the weekly drawing and/or their acceptance, receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded in this weekly drawing. Sponsor makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy of the information provided in the web site and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the web site. Please read the Official Rules before entering the weekly drawing.

2.HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the weekly drawing in any of the following ways: (1) online by visiting an eSticker affiliate web site and completing the online entry form by providing your e-mail address for submission to be valid. (2) Through a promotion limit one e-mail entry (per secret code) per eligible person using a single email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the e-mail account. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants may also receive information from Sponsor regarding other promotional offers. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

3. PRIZES: weekly drawings are performed on each day of the week for (1) pack of stickers selected by the winner from a choice available on the winner page at the time they claim their prize.

Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prize based upon the value of the prize. Limit one prize per individual or household per week.

4. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Winners will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries for that weekly drawing and will be contacted by e-mail within approximately 24 hours from the drawing. Judges' decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the weekly drawing shall be final. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during the ten (10) business days from the weekly drawing administrators first attempt, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may not choose cash or alternative prizes, nor is the prize transferable. The winner consents to the use of his/her name and state of residence, for advertising and promotional purposes, including online display, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic and non-electronic tampering with any portion of the weekly drawing, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the weekly drawing, the judges reserve the right to terminate the weekly drawing and conduct a random drawing to award the prized using all online entries received as of the termination date. By participating in the weekly drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the weekly drawing. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification.
