eSticker products purchased from our online store by a customer may be returned by the customer for a refund within a 30-day period in effect from the date of the invoice.

eSticker will gladly refund the purchase price of the products returned if they are undamaged, unused, and in the original box or packaging (if any). The value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.

If the original product order was discounted (through coupons or specials), only the discounted amount of the returned products will be credited to the customer.

Shipping charges will NOT be credited.

eSticker requires that all returns be accompanied with an eSticker-issued RO number. You can obtain an RO number by filling the form below. (Make sure you have eSticker order number handy)

Only one RO can be issued per product order.

Please note that all products are returned to eSticker at the customer's expense.
