eSticker respects your privacy and does not sell, rent, loan or barter any personal information regarding its customers to any organization or third party. Any information you give us is held with responsibility and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

When you purchase products from eSticker, you automatically qualify to receive e-mailed regarding updates about special offers, new products, and new services. Only email members (with accurate email addresses of course) receive the best and limited-time offers compared to what is posted on the web site.

eSticker will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information may include name, address, e-mail address, URL, birthdays, etc. We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum that we require to deliver superior service to our customers.

We will permit only authorized eSticker employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. eSticker may share aggregate, or summary information regarding its total customer base with partners or other third parties, but eSticker does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.

eSticker recommends that if you are providing information on behalf of a child, that you use the child's parent or guardian's e-mail address and that you have the permission of that child's parent or guardian.

eSticker honors the confidentiality of its members' private communications in private chat rooms and message boards as well as any profile data you may create. eSticker does not read or disclose private communications except to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, to protect the company's rights and property, or during emergencies when we believe physical safety is at risk.

We provide you with the opportunity to update or correct your information that we have on file. We want to make sure that information eSticker has about you is accurate and to keep only the most up-to-date information about your account. Therefore, whenever you believe that your contact or billing information needs updating, you can go to eSticker Member Update to make the necessary changes.

If you are a current eSticker member and do not wish to receive e-mail updates, please send an e-mail to leavelist@esticker.com and type "remove" in the subject line. However, we suggest that you keep an updated email address with us so we can keep you informed of service changes, upgrades and special offers for members only.
